1st day absence
can someone explain about 1st day absence.if you dont have time can you leave your extra bit or do you do your extra bit and leave part of your usual round?

you talking about absorpion? if you inform your manager you won't have time then ask him what you should leave then it's up to him, if he insists you take it all out then do that and just bring back what you can't do.

As long as you inform the manager that you are unable to complete the tasks you have been assigned within your contracted hours and are unable to extend those hours, then leave the decision to the manager and comply as fully as possible with their directions until your contracted finish time.
