by local arrangements being agreed or disagreed
there is no structure to the whole company if one local office hits meltdown it has knock on effect on others
the movement of our mail is obviously disrupted.
we all used to know what to do everything was nationally coordinated by mgmt and cwu now their is nothing
section v section in bigger do,s manager v manager who can screw most out of their section for a few kudos or bigger bonus
pt v ft greed for ot hours backstabbing each other for few quid
abusing older slower posties for not going quick enough try keeping up with billy whizz 20 yr old fence jumper.
people not taking breaks ,working before time ,using own cars ,
what a right mess all over

You have summed it up really good .The CWU do not want to see this,only intrested in their helping their RM managagement buddys.
