has anybody recieved the £1000 bonus yet?

hi, i work in a leeds office and we were told that once our mail was coming in sequenced that it would unlock 60% of the bonus we were promised.......

guess what..... DOM pulled us all to the front of office the week before and said we would get the whole 100% once vans are introduced working the p&l system, not sure but the look on his face told me this was not the case!

i rang CWU and our area guy said we would get the 60% in december as previously arranged.

nothing came.

our vans are due in sometime this month (cant see that happening either) but realistically i would say february should see our revision and vans.

back to the original question, can anybody shed any light as to how far on with new working practices do we have to be before this bonus (on part of) is paid.

I work in Leeds too, we started getting our mail sequenced and park n loop at the same time back at the start of november. We got the £600 payment on 3rd of december but we're still waiting for the 2 other £200 payments.

jonny123 - AFAIUI you don't get the £600 + £200 for just getting Walk Sequenced Mail you have to under go a revision to qualify for the 2 bonuses - The £200 should come within 6 weeks maximum. In a way I wish you did as we have been getting WSqM since Oct.

COGGY if you have had the £600 then a mmaximum of 6 weeks should pass between then and getting the £200. Check your payslips and see what the actual payment date add 62 weeks and start complaining if you are over.

Yep TBT is right, there is no payment for getting WSM (although the agreement wording was rather open to interpretation). Once ANY part of your revision goes in you should get the £600 within 2-3 weeks. We had a very small part revision and got the £600, though I understand the other £200 won't be paid until the all the office is in and then the 6 week bedding in period starts.

been p+looping since october no payment whatsoever not even overtime for first weeks bedding in period.maybe its because we have performance issues

I thought it's going to the managers bonus, afterall they need it more than us for all their hard work (it takes some effort to make all those trips to the coffee machine).

what aload of s**t this bonus , we work in a hu office and been working p&l and vans for 5-6 weeks now and not a penny , rumour has it that we wont get a penny until the full office (4 sections) is sorted which could be april i think we could have the same area rep(clown) who hasnt told us nothing, by the way weve started walk collapseing this week mon-tues , ive never been so pissed off in my life with a job is this is what the cwu and rm want.

i dont mind walf collaping so long as there is a few of us in a bus, it generally a good laugh.
