Any reps on here had dealings with doing a re-sign? What does it involve, Is it just the guys in order of seniority coming to pick the duties they want?

I'll tell you how it goes. The rep picks the easiest round, then the bloke who's been there the longest gets the next easiest, and so on. So you get to a 'colleague' who is late 50's, that has been there only 10 years or so, and maybe looking to ease up a little, gets lumbered with the biggest bastard round in the office!! Absolute fairness.
So the rep looks after no.1, and so on down. Don't forget 'all the rounds are now equal now'. Absolute bollix. :dcfo

it goes under seniority mostly a part from any one who comes under dda like if they were under the dda and need to work inside then they would get the front desk before some one with more seniority. and allso if thet are specialist dutys eg like a driving dutys hope that helps
