It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

Re: contacting RM
Also while i'm here...
We've been busted by RM as they have had a s**t load of emails from customers who has spotted the email address in the customer forum.
All reference to the email address have been removed from there.
Please don't give it out.
Please note,DO NOT give out the internal personnel only email to customers as it is for us only.
The email i am talking about is in the same vein as ask.adam/allan.
Thanks

I'm tempted to email the 'justsayit' address but fear I'll be woken at 3AM and find myself in Room 101 before you can say 'stage one warning'
I staged a Roger Moore impersonator festival in my local village. There were a lot of eyebrows raised, I can tell you.

Have not replied to them yet as was asked for my office details so that they could get the local senior 'people' involved in my questions/concerns. Would I realyy want to give that out? Possibly not
