No £200 payment for revision

It took our D.O. 3 months after our revision to get our 200,but we got it eventually.

BT2010 does not dictate as to what a non sequenced mail revison entails SOLID 100% FACT

Was it clear from the start that the what would be happening in the DO was the non sequenced mail revison and therefore elligble for the £200 payment. Was there a agreement between CWU and RML at area/divsional level to that effect.

Now that was three months ago & we haven't see any of the £200 that was in the 2010 agreement

Can I ask did the revision have a written agreement ? Every revison should have a written agreement between management detailing whats been agreed and that should also include the fact that the revison is in line with the national agreement and therefore triggers the money in line with the agreement. From what I gather is a lot of offices which have introduced revisions do not have a written local agreement which is concerning as the local agreement should detail all that is happening in your office as a result of the revison. In London we have a standarised revison agreement which allows for local imput but ensures that all aspects of the revison are agreed in line with the naitonal agreement including the fact that the agreement has to be ratified by the members it will also include attendance patterns , resign , money , resolving the surplus section , that the revison has been mutrally agreed etc.

Any chance or let us all have a chance to download that "standardised revison agreement " please ? Could come in handy for offices that are being bullied into revisons without any any written agreements.

Those of us outside of London of course are going along with the 2010 and Beyond Agreement on modernisation, such as the Delivery Methods, including HCTs, LCTs and P&L Vans and of course the WSM Revisions. All in accordance with the 6 phase planning so carefully planned by those who aren't actually doing anything but paying lip service to the agreement.

What advice would there be if the company has already purchased the vehicles, HCTs and LCTs should they not be implemented into the revisions - especially if they don't figure in the "London" scenario.

One of the last meetings we had at our place,can't rem what it was about but i piped up that the next time we have a meeting can we only have CWU members present.
Of course the rep said yes but the next meeting they were there and tbh i couldn't be arsed to argue it.
Non members have also voted on stuff,the non members have also never joind us on the picket lines because......................well,let's just say because.

Looking forward to my sub increase next Jan.
