Unpaid overtime

Just checked to see if my Sunday overtime was paid from several weeks back. Despite me telling the dom it still hasn't been paid. So that's another letter I need to write to him. All this is playing on my mind, I think a few days sick is coming on.

Im getting hacked off as well mate. Every week for the past 4 weeks over xmas pressure i haven't had the correct pay on my wage slip.
And the hours i have been paid have been tweaked by minus the odd half hour. I certainly won't be doing a single ounce of overtime again,
and explain how a letter can be delivered from austrailia in a week but still waiting on two weeks worth of wage slips.

Is it not fraudulent to tweak people's overtime payment? I am talking about the sitaution when you sign for a particular number of hours; only to find out you have been paid less - usually the 0.5, 0.75 or even 1 hour+ if you have been unlucky to do lots of other overtime.

Our office rarely have signed dockets (O/T sheets) like they have in Mail Centres or MDEC. Its all so haphazard and the managers alone does most of the overtime entries. And lots of unpaid overtime - and gievn that wage slips have been delayed in the 4 weeks, its been a bonanza for my DOM.

Worked 14 hours Christmas eve week, 10 of those hours were working my day off. Only been payed 6, will be taking the missing 8 hours as a day off and won't be working past my time anymore. Am sick and tired of Royal Fail screwing me over!

Used to work my day off if i didnt have anything planned and done back shifts a few times a week THINKING I was doing them a favour .

Then started to have to keep at em to pay me the right amount of overtime ......... and when ur heads up ur arse like mines is I keep forgeting to check its been paid so in the long run i lost out so now i do NOTHING more than my 25 hours . THIS was I know what i should be getting . Done this for about a year and agreed to some overtime last week and guess what ........... YES THEY NEVER PAID ME ! ! ! ! Why do i bother . Sorted now but just shows nothings changed .

We guy came up to me this morning and asked me why Ive suddenly started taking no s**t from them in the last few weeks . Had a wee laugh and told him to do the same as they mess him about quite a lot too .

AND MY OFFICE IS ONE OF THE GOOD ONES TOO
