Couple of Questions to ask those offices that has had the revision and gone live already.

1) When the new walks went up on the board did you vote them in or were they basically forced in.

2) Van share. Are the vans share by two full timers or full and part timers or did in not matter.

3) does it work.


Reason I’m asking is were told you don’t get to vote on the walks they are forced in and that’s that. Plus park and loop is Full timer and Part timers which is basically taking out seniorority.

There are any number of combinations eric, duty patterns, part/full time mix, Saturdays ................

Our duties were put up and there was input and they were voted on ...............and they still don't work.........not because the input of the people involved but because the IWT and traffic figures weren't correct.

Part times who finish at 2pm can and do share a van with someone who finshes at 3pm. Multiple mixes in our DO. Seniority is not ruled out but some deliveries are part time. If you want to drop hours to pick into a certain delivery you can.

Depending on the duty sets worked out with your revision,yes.

2 full timers to a van supposed to be covered by fulltimers when on leave or sick reality is no cover so another person taken off ips {so now 2 men down} to split delivery then 3 or 4 fools take it out on overtime then manager cant figure out why everyone out late could we be having performance issues

As far as i know (we are still awaiting our revision) seniroity will still prevail. Untill skills are used up ie no more senior drivers left but driving duties still to fill. Then part-timers with thoses skills are uses in order of their seniority untill the driving positions are used up then back to seniority as we know it. So you could get a part timer in the driving position with a much senior non driver. I think?

1) you should (your rep shouldn't sign anything off without a vote) get a vote on the revision, not specifically on the duties

2) makes no diffrence

3)NO! not even close.
