we have brought park and loop in our office it has been in practice for 8 weeks now our union rep was in on the revison . it is a the worst revison i have ever seen in my 22 years in the job but dont know if its the reps fault or the mangment fault but someone has to take the blame for it every duty is well over its time you get the feeling that they have not given any time to do packets at all but will they have a look at the dutys ? no all they say is it can be done your just not trying. well i for one say you can stick you park and loop up your arse it does not work because they f###### it up not us i for one wont work over my time and if i bring back bags of mail every day they can deal with it oh everone have a good christmas unless you are a manger and i hope your christmas is f###### s#### you w######

same in every office for P&L
duties are too long before you even add in packets
things like traveling ,parking(you know its half of the systems name) are not accounted for
P&L is fine.if the duty sizes are kept realistic

No idea they can and should be but if they do or don't its a personal choice. The option is there claim it.

Some probably are but again its a personal choice. They either are afraid of standing up for themselves or don't want the stress that comes with it, if they just learned that standing up for yourself whilst difficult is in fact ultimately the easier option in the long run.
