overpayments
a lot of staff getting letters requesting money back 4 overpayment of early shift allowance. any guidance on where 2 go with this?

even if you do owe they have to agree with you how much to take back each week dont worry

happened in ours, we had to pay it back, this was thousands for some!
tried all sorts, but had to pay it back, they were on about tribunal but nobody went that far
we had to agree mutually to an amount each week, if you can't it defaults i think to 10% of weekly wage
it is in an agreement, might be in the downloads somewhere
