Surely thats invasion of this guys privacy though? I dont think i would work for a company that was checking my facebook! seems kind of stalkerish to me...

Nope its not - the boss wouldn't be ble to gain access to the guys posts without first authorizing it. So not only was he stupid to post it on facebook he was also doubly stupid adding his boss as a friend. Not something I would do.Sippin40oz wrote:
