Also send a copy of the confirmation by DWP to your DOM & HR, as you wil be entitled to 12mths full pay, on account of it being recognised by DWP as an Industrial accident. Don't forget that will be less any sick leave you have already had. Then 12 mths half pay(if needed).
Just thought I would say as no one at my office bothered to tell me and had to get it all done at the last minute.
Also get a LS3 form from your union rep, so they can look at possibilities of compensation for you.
Atos should do a return to work plan, but you should have a person to person assessment with one of their docs first. Ask for this before you go back, it will add weight to possible changes or return plans for you.

looks like i could be of for at least another month attos have contacted me twice the last time 3 weeks ago and basicly agreed not fit for work manager rings occasionally as yet no pressure. is there anything i should be doing ie contact DWP and how will i stand when i return to work if i dont get the full use of my hand back can i suggest work indoors (my present job is delivery in a van on rural delivery)any one advise please
