Evening fellow comrades.I reckon i'm going to be owed at least fifteen hours of unpaid overtime by the time i get all my wageslips.Now I know if I rebook it,chances are I may get only some.As far as i'm concerned I have worked these hours so it must be illegal to deny me the pay.So I am going to tell my pillock of a gaffer that im having two days off next week,and if he doesn't like it suspend me or take me to court.Believe me it's going to happen.

Did you get the DOM's agreement to the extended? if yes then whats his/her (not going to be sexist here!) reason for not acutally paying it? If you didn't get any agreement then you might be on shakier ground!

Be careful jaylime i know how you feel but you are obliged first to follow the IR framework and lodge a stage 1 grievance....then if necessary stage 2...then stage 3.
An Employment Tribunal would almost certainly find against you if you haven't followed the correct procedure.

If they don'y put them down finish on your time and go home.
