Yes aching knees and totally p1ssed off walking on Ice/snow and as I've said on previous posts P1SSED off with the LAZY B@STARDS who won't clear their paths/stairs.

Dont have to be icy Sheperdess. My legs feel it the most during the summer heatwaves. 2011 will see the end for many people as we will not be able to cope with extended walks, pulling trolleys etc. Management or CWU Heirarchy have no compassion for us in any way or form.

The delivery side of the job is for younger people only now. Years ago when you had seniority, you could pick an easier city centre walk but all the walks are cr*p now. You don't need ice to make your legs ache, the ridiculously long walks will do that for you, the management don't give a fig about the workforce, proves that this Christmas, they couldn't organise a good drink in a brewery, I'll be polite it's Christmas. MERRY CHRISTMAS TO ALL POSTPERSONS (IF YOU CAN STAY AWAKE LONG ENOUGH TO ENJOY IT) !!!!

So true ft.....those who fell by the wayside actually became part of the structure.........sooooooooooo in a few years time if there is a spate of skeletons found in various places..........under hedgerows, in a skip, in a york...............the one with the gold fillings isn't me.
