Xmas bonus
Just wondered how the xmas bonus is worked out,is it on contract hours or worked hours,as im on a part time contract and covered a full time duty for last 6 months and worked loads extra up to xmas yet got £62 bonus everybody else seems to be talking about £100. Any info appriciated.

its pro-rato based on what u do during the pressure.
ur manager / rep would have asked if u want to go f/t over xmas. if u said 'aye' then u should get £100. Its what i get when i do f/t in xmas

I'm 32hrs contract covering full time walk for last 18 months. Over Xmas have worked my day off and 2hrs SA on IPS. I asked my DOM to make me up to get full bonus and was told nobody was getting made up! Greedy, selfish bast*rds!sodiium wrote:its pro-rato based on what u do during the pressure.

Xmas bonus is now paid depending on how many hours work over the 4 week period not on contracted hours. It is apparantly part of the 2010 rubbish. If you are part time you will of been paid pro rata at the moment the rest should be in your pay packet in January. So if you do 40 hrs a week each week you will get the full £100, eventually. Hope this helps.

Just working extra hrs is not enough.There is nothing in 2010 about it unless you can show us if we've missed it.
