I keep reading Posts that refer to local agreements. Just a few questions about them :-
1. Are they binding ?
2. Are they legal ?
3. Who the hell negotiates them ?

Any official local agreements will be between the members and local management but should be endorsed at branch level to ensure they are within national guidelines.

and in the national guideslines theres a thing called flexability so where all doomed .
local agreements mean jack s**t these days .
