flexibility in d.o's

do any delivery offices use the flexibility agreement at all?
it seems that quite often posties work over their time without payment but surely if you go upto 30 mins over the agreement would kick in and the posty would attend accordingly the next day.e.g.finish 20 mins late on tuesday and so attend 20 mins late on wednesday.
i only ask as it is used quite regularly in our m/c.

My manager when I went to my new DO said to me that we do the 30 mins flex here but what would be the point.I would get to come in half an hour later which would mean longer in bed but would just put me half an hour behind everyone else the next day.I understand it is voluntary so my answer will always be no.Now if I could somehow bank that half an hour until I got a whole day off well it would be worth investigating but to be honest I really would rather have ot or or cut-off
