Have been going onto the met office website for the last few weeks.
They have maps of the UK and different colours depending on the seriousness of the weather.
Tonight I checked and it's the first time I have seen red anywehre on the map and its for N.Ireland.
The colours correspond to the severity and orange is be prepared. Red is take action with
Very heavy snow tonight. :shock:

thanx for caring, some of our managers pretend they do, but dont really give a flyin..f...k. AND THATS WHY WE NEED TO STAND UP IN NORTHERN IRELAND.

Got to admit - ours have made sure we have been issued with all available safety stuff - spikes, chains, gloves etc and warned us not to atempt a delivery if we percieve an area as dangerous - no risks to be taken !!!

That's a small back garden for a care home. :hmmmm
I Wrote-During Covid-Which is still relevant now
It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.
