extended not put down

was just wondering how many ..are continuously not having there extended claims put down ...its rampant at my office

We have had dockets changed by managers,also my manager wrote my o/t down one day last week.I checked it on monday and nothing there he just pretended to write on the sheet.What depths will these feckers sink to.

You prob know some of my colleagues Kingofmcr,i used to work at sk who have moved up to mcr now.Igot out of there 8 years ago to do a nice little rural in the hills.

Fraud,They are commiting Fraud,The less overtime booked the more bonus they recieve at the end of the year.
Do what i do,Record every minute you book,If not given kick up a stink,If still not recieved the next week threaten to take it further,I always get it in the end.
Horrible scummy bastards,Make my blood boil.
Or failing that start bringing mail back,When they ask why,Tell them you dont seem to get paid overtime you book,Should also fix things.

If you know this then challenge him.

You know damn well RM are crafty and dishonest. Always second guess a manager or they will double cross you.

The only person I trust to book my overtime is me. If I don't book it, it doesn't happen.

Just mention to him/her that you feel that Royal Mail are witholding money from you and whether he feels you should pursue this through the Citizens Advice Bureau or the Small Claims Court. Watch him/her,s face change colour.
