tenner so far, last yeat 85 quid on same round, up from just 25 quid the previous year..FFS the paper boy gets more then that

out of date mince pies from an old man, a fiver from a different customer and then thought I was about to be given a tip from someone else but was handed a card that had been mis-delivered (oops!). I'm up a box of mince pies on last year then

Total of 0 for me, but dont have own walk, might get a couple of quid if lucky but not bothered really we get paid for doing the job anything else is a bonus.

20 boxes of chocolates.
And the landlord of the pub I deliver to has signed over the pub to me. Have already applied for my liquorice licence.

I think the credit crunch is hitting a lot of my customers and I don't anticipate doing as well as last year.

Trouble we've got is they've messed the office about so badly that quite a few cycle duties don't have a regular postie! They're just delivered by what ever name the DIM pulls out of a had when he's planning next weeks duties

A customer asked me today who his postie was as he usually gives them a Christmas Box. I told him best bet was drop a box of choccies off at the office

They even managed to f**k up everyones tips along with everything else

Fifteen quid and a box of choccies so far. Ten quid of that was from a customer on my old duty who handed it to their current postie, and I don't anticipate getting much more as the duty I am currently on is full of work-dodging, gate-tying, dog-imitating, night-walking, morning-avoiding wastes of skin.
