Xmas Bonus snag

Ive been off for the last 3 weeks on holiday . Was told the pressure started Thursday this week . As I dont start back until Monday will I still get the bonus even though I never worked through ALL the pressure ?

Some say yes some say no .

its a hard 1 it depends wot ur dom is like as there is a cut off
but you should get a good percentage of it

if you wear sick or on special leave then you do not get paid for those weeks/days

Heard of instances of part-timers being "made up" to temporary full time if they work full time hours over the Xmas pressure. What is the situation in your office? Missed out last year coz the DOM "forgot" to make me up! Other staff I know who are on 20hr contract got it though!

Im 25 being made up to 40 for the 2 weeks . Been off last 3 weeks and tomorrow is 1st day start . Wages were increased last week .
