Do you mean on overtime ? If so all xmas OT is SA rate.

As a duty it used to be about £43 extra for night shift allow, mind you we lost our nights 4 years ago so iam not sure now.

Got my first night shift wage last week.

Ended up with extra £37.00 after tax ,but I am part time on 30hrs so if your full time it will be abit more.

I work the css machines on nights, 4 x 10 hour shifts,
i get ;
Advanced TPM allowance 21.62 (if u aren't operating machines then obviousley this won't apply to u)
Adhoc shift allowance (Pens) 38.10
Adhoc shift allowance (None-pens) 33.98

just out of interest, where do staff stand if they are considered temporary night staff with regards payment of night allowances on weeks off (annual leave)?
are they still entitled to it ?
and what about staff who are considered permanent night staff who go sick (reason i ask is, one of our lads has gone on long term sick and has had his night dutie allowances stopped, so he's just receiving basic pay).
