Door 2 Door late receipt

This question has probably been asked before but what is the situation with a late receipt of door to door? Is it still a sixth per day or is there some other situtation that royal mail managed to hoodwink hayes and ward with?

Our D2D's have been late to arrive the past two weeks. Our rep told us to do a sixth each day and the remainder are to be rolled into the following week's fun packed unsolicited mail delivery.

But have the customers not paid for them to be delivered in a certain week? So to deliver them the following week would not be honouring the contract!

If D2D arrives on a tuesday for example then it would be spread over 5 days this would include the saturday. If it arrived on wednesday your screwed and this should not be the case.

Our office had a revision two weeks ago and no D2D have been delivered because no one has had anytime to sort and deliver them as mail is up to our eye balls due to the snow and the wonderful revision.

You should prep your 1/6th of D2Ds first thing every morning, then throw the rest of your mail in. If you can`t complete then it`s the DOMs problem.

take a little excess d2d with you each day.

and burn it to keep urself warm but be careful not to burn any real mail.

Ours arrived wed and we just done wed/thur/and today boxed up rest and placed outside lino;s office and refused to sign sheet

Don't have time to throw off mail and packets let alone d2d WTF even not doing our lapsing of walks, though I think our dom has given up, asking us to take out more work as he was quiet, though he did thank us for our effort

If we get them late on say a Wednesday then the allotted amount that was to be delivered on the Monday and Tuesday doesn't get done. It's not our fault they are late and they are part of the work load now, do your 1/6 a day and no more.

We now deliver them 52 weeks a year,so yes through xmas pressure as well.
