an end to job and finish

Post by cruisey »

I would love an end to job and finish. As a rep, i'm currently battling with the 4am work for free joey's who screw this dispute up for everyone.
I'm beginning to win them round i think. It's a long hard slog though.

I'd love to see the back of Job 'n' Finish, as this is also the main reason why people use their cars.

Yes they did but the union admit they made mistakes. This is why they've been cautious with machine trials, new delivery equipment etc...

I don't mind admitting I loved job and finish when it came in and made plenty of time from it, but, for some time now it's been obvious that job and finish is destroying the job for us all. . . . . . . . please mr dom take your "job and knock" and shove it where the sun don't shine then we can all show Royal Mail what happens when we do the job by the book . . . . . . some in my office are doing it now and we rarely complete, just imagine if the whole country were to join in

Oh yeah, complete chaos, a whole dock full of full yorks and a dom going crazy (had a go at the screws today for not shifting enough mail, in front of us all, we loved that). Saturday will be as strong as ever I'm sure but probably a small picket line (hangovers and all that) the next one we will try to be as big and strong as ever and of course you're allways welcome to join us for a bacon butty etc.

good luck on your strike days, I know it's a bit of an uphill battle for you but you're doing us all proud :Applause
