i have recently been doing light duties due to torn tendon awaiting op now with the weather conditions i missed my footing in snow but managed to keep my balaance this was not while at work but now i cannot lift my arm doctor and aand e department reckons i have jarred it so now off work with this what is the pay while off sick i have been working for royal mail since may 2009

it will be in the downloads section,but its basically full pay for 6 months and 1/2 pay for 6 months after 1 years service
