so for people who are now p&l would you prefer old duty with absorbing or do you like p&l with buddy in cdv??

You can still absorb with P&L.

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

Park and loop ,anyday.
With p and l the pressure is reversed onto management.
Its up to them to clear up the mess when youv gone home at youre proper finishing time.
All the bad working practices are removed from youre office in one swoop!
no cars,no running,no working breaks and no one to try and keep up with anymore.
Best thing ever ,nice relaxing day ,not chasing 20 or 30 minutes .
