Snow-Shrewsbury National Agreement.

No deliveries in Shropshire today. Apparentely Shrewsbury Delivery Area Rep says it is National Agreement if sent home to lose half days a/l or work 4 hours OT UNPAID claw back. No ifs or buts- National Agreement.

The Derby Rep was meeting with our DOM and area manager to talk about the snow / pay issue so sounds like bull to me. There would be no need for a meeting if there was a national agreement would there?
