Been through a similar situation highly unlikely any manager will listen to you, my advice would be to pursue it as far as you can.spoodoo wrote:looks like it will be ,

you would need to raise the issue with the investigating manager who's findings and decision regarding your case merits.
did he/she uphold your grievance and what action plan was put into place - i assume you agreed to the outcome?
if that manager's action plan to resolve the issue(s) is ignored and you are being treated the same (or worse) as before, it may be a case of bullying and harassment or victimisation or maybe even discrimination?
best let that manager know what's happening (or not happening, as the case may be)
perhaps contact l.roy@cwu.org - she is the equal opportinities specialist.
