our options
1. town walks 4.30 cdv with trolleys . 1 in 6 sats off as per norm
benefits 7 pt to be made ft , 20 pt duties to go
2. town walks 3.30 cdv with trollys , i in 6 sats off as per norm
loss of 10 ft positions more pt duties
3 town walks 4.30 cdv with trollys , 1 in 4 sats off if enough pt want to work fri sat mons
loss of ft positions and more pt
we voted on this without all our preferred options even being looked at. mgmt only want option 1
4.30 spans with no change or benefit to ft re saturday options.
all pt voted for option 1 obviously and ft had a split vote on option 1 and 2 cut our own throats so to speak.
this vote was 3 above options on piece of printed paper with rm cwu logos on them
no mention of it being a ballot secret or otherwise.
can this be right mgmt only want to go with majority decision with whole office forced to work option 1
with no regards to national agreement 1 in 4 sats off.
i thought it should have been allocated via achievable members preferences
we have been told we will not be getting 1 in 4 or more sats off it was only a sweetener to accept 2010
also no option on deliv spans they are going to force 4.30 + del spans we currently 53 /47 % ft/pt split
union rep agreed this vote and options but has not signed off yet
area rep also aware of this situation
where do we go on this

The fun starts here guvenor, you'll get shat on , and find the "Agreement " being broken wherever possible by your management , AND the higher levels of CWU in your area at every stage from now on.

You're faced with the same dilemma many of the revision offices have faced including ours. The 2010 and beyond was not a good agreement, the potential good bits were blown out of proportion, what you have to do to achieve it is not quite so well publicised.............including trying to prise their hand open to get any money.

No and it doesn't look like we are goingto get it any time soon mm. There seems to be a "bottleneck" on the signatures required to release it
