How many non sequenced mail revisions?

BT2010 says

£200 will be paid to everyone in the delivery unit on deployment of their first non walk sequencing revision.

The use of the word first is interesting, it implies there can be a second, third or even more non sequenced mail revisions.

Any thoughts on that boys and girls?

I think Royal Mail intend to use the revision process to replace savings plans or efficiency plans as they like to call them now as "savings" is now a bad word and to move offices towards this ridiculous 100BSI nonsense.
The agreement talks about a "journey" which is just a "blue sky" word for multiple revisions.
The word "revision" makes it sound more like a joint effort but reps will soon find out that as the journey continues so the members input decreases.

I think you will be looking at a revision/savings plan every 12-18 months.

Daz did you not have the joint revison presentation prior to your revison. This should have been given by the Lead planner and the Divisonal rep ?

All offices should have had this revison process.

A presentation was made for self starters and another for for D.O's with planner led revisons.

Self starters were CWU ADR and RML area manager with a brief input from the planner who has been tasked with assisting self starters should they need it.

We had our first non walk sequenced revision months ago,and still no sight of our £200 bonus,if we are really lucky and the wind is blowing in our direction,just before Xmas some 3 months after revision.

Lies and lies,
and every office that has had 2 men and a van ,now in chaosos so no chance of the rest of the bonus.

Sick rate through injuries is record high ,many say we phusicaly cannot take any more yet according to Dom

A question for Daz...
If your first revision is a self starter and you get the £200.
and your WSM isn't due until 2012 which triggers the £600 and 6 weeks later the £200.
Will your members be forced into a delivery methods revision in 2011....for free?
