1st day on new duty
North east area, 1st day on the new park&loop. Cut of 2.10pm , travelled back with 2 loops left to do. Started before 10am never stopped, no large packets done, walked round-no trolleys used. Dont think it can be done in the time.

Health & safety was the reason you could use your bag, when the snow goes Health&safety is the reason you have use a trolly-Go Figure.

Park & loop is to take the wieght off the shoulder so can they put it back at will ?

If you are forced to use bags instead of trolleys on a park&loop duty due to the weather conditions you should be using 8kg max weight bags.
If anyone is carrying 16kg bags in the snow they are idiotic.
At the end of the day the final say on Health and Safety....is yours.
