following a recent accident at work my doctor has signed not fit for work but my manager is saying i must be at work monday can he do this?

No , if your doctor has signed you off as " UNFIT TO WORK " then you are unfit to work , if he has given you a fit note saying unfit to drive , cycle , lift etc then under the new rules RM can request you do a job you are fit to do.

if you have been signed off from work by your doctor you do not go in it that simple ask your manger for bullying and harassment form because if you do go in and you hurt yourself on duty they will blam you for going in so just dont go in and look at the snow :wink:
