I was wondering if anyone had any info on the shares that we were given a few years back.I was told that they are now finished and the way forward agreement payments have replaced them.

Your current allocation is 711 shares comprising 408 shares issued in 2007 and 303 shares issued in 2008 which were until recently worth £1.51 each.There is currently a re-evaluation underway at the moment so the current value is unknown until this is finished.

You have received £600 in Local dividends and £600 in Group dividends split up as follows
£400 for each dividend was paid on 30/5/08 and £200 on 29/5/09,in total £1200 gross.

The final dividends were replaced by the Pay Deal Lump Sum of £400 replacing the final dividends of £200 Local and £200 Group.

The third share issue was converted into a cash payment and went towards the £1000 Transformation Bonus Payments currently underway.The number of shares which would have been issued is unknown but may have been similar to the second issue.

Your information is - how can I say this - corrupt - as in partially incorrect.

The colleagueshares are due to finish and we are not being paid the dividends that were due this year. The have been replaced by the BT2010 "Transformation" lump sums.

However, IIRC there will 2 occasions (2011 and 2012) when RM may buy them back - current value is approx £512 I think.

The shares are a con and RM know it. Sadly our union let us down again, and all the people who voted this wonderful deal through.
