because our section started live monday and its been a nightmare the duties are massive

Reps should ensure that all the plans for the revision are displayed and there is an opportunity for all members to air any concerns about walks or the revision etc. All reps must ensure that a members meeting must takes place to ensure ratification of the duties and agreement is given by our members for the implementation of the revision.

arent the union suppose to sort this mess out , if the work isnt doable within your time why are they turning there backs and walking away. in our office its a total mess no time to prep your d2ds , help to prep your frame and not taking tracked and oversize pkts and stil working till late , i think we should all stick together and tell the dom and cwu rep where all cutting off till you SORT IT OUT.
