Our office still has the 3.30 delivery span. Can anybody tell me what are the rules regarding this , theres a difference of opinion at our place lino reckons if i hit 3.30 with work still to do im to take a break out on my walk and then re-commence and go up to my finish time H/S rep suggests otherwise says to come back to the office and IF i dont want to re-commence i finish my duty off indoors.
Anybody know whos right ?

Your Lino is a lying bastard, he's just saying that to get you to finish, if you havent had your revision its still 3:30 then you can go back to the office and finish off by working indoors.
