Atos doctor

Been off work for a couple of months. Going back in the next couple of days. On rehab for about 4 weeks. The usual phased return to get back on delivery. Been to see 2 nhs docs and what I have been off with cannot be fixed. Not life threatening just something I,ve got to live with. Atos when they rang me , all they could say I must go and see their Doctor. There is absolutley no point going as I have seen a Specialist concerning what is wrong with me. My question is do I have to go, do I get travelling expenses,also I can,t go after my shift usually ends ie 14.30. Thanks for any info

you will have th speak to them at some stage, yes you can claim travel expenses, tell them which time is and isn't suitable for you. Just tell them what the specialists told you and take any paperwork you have as proof. They are usually pretty fair.
