Are the Managers Striking ?

I can find no definative answer to which way the CMA ballot went, As a CWU rep I would like a bit of time to determine which way my moral compass is facing, I always said I would never cross a picket, however, the attitude of the managers towards the staff in my mail centre during our last bout of industrial action was nothing short of disgusting, If its not going to happen then at least I will rule it out of my mind !

i would cross thier picket line without a doubt, not that it will ever happen they don't have the bottle i'm afraid.

Yeah to be fair, managers striking does sound the thing of fairy tales, I just want to know one way or another !
