Messy P739 ?

Went in after day off to find large "sign for" parcel on my frame that had been P739'd. It was addressed a "company name" at an address that has recently (Monday) become subject to a redirection. However the "company name" is NOT amongst the names on the redirection card. After much asking around (and wasting time) it was suggested I filled out another P739 to be delivered to the new address tomorrow (OK today !) endorsed "P739 also sent to OLD address". Guess it's really a slip-up by the people who have moved not to have included this "company name" - but I have several "company names" that operate out of home addresses - so it could happen again.

Would it be worth adding this "company name" on the redirection card - or is that a "no-no" (as in "It's up to them") ?

Wouldn't try to re direct to the new address if it's not listed! you could find yourself in the soup! Flag up to Mamger, and take his advice.

you only redirect mail that is on the card anything else you deliver as normal that way its not you fault if they dont put it on the card
