Please find attached a copy of the MTSF agreement which now includes all of the relevant changes within the Business Transformation Agreement. You will note that the document is dated October 2010 and any copies of MTSF with an earlier date should be disregarded.

Just look at the different rules and how they are applied in each office !!!

Looks like RM managers just do whatever they want and Union does "F all" . I'll just continue to fight my own corner.

That is stupid and I am in full agreement with you. Do we need a national structure as big as it is at present when most negotiating is done at local level.

Your first quote and this one don't compute - its good to fight your own corner but its questionable if you don't arm yourself with some knowledge of the important agreements, otherwise the Management will find it easier to outflank you.

BTW when am I going to get this LTB its now arrived in my inbox yet.
