rehab duties
just a quick question. do rehab duties have to accomodated within your normal working hours. eg if you normally work a 6am to 2pm shift does a rehab duty have to fall between those hours. thankyou

One guy at our place who was on rehab for like yonks,had his hrs changed from a 4 day week to a 5 day week.
Not sure if it was forced or he agreed,he's gone now.

the managers should print out your new duty hours, Tuesday will possibly be your day off.

I've had my rehab plan through. It ranges from 4hr indoor duties for week 1 up to normal duties week 6/7. Lets hope management stick to it this time and it ain't too f***ing 'vague' for them.

thanks for all the replies. my dom wants me to come back on rehab duties doing a 9 to 5 shift which i can't do due to the times,wife's work,kids coming home from school etc. also he wants me to do a 8 hour day from the start which wasn't how i understood my rehab plan to work.
