Has anyone else heard this? found it quite odd that my manager didnt know this when she talked about my lump sum ect and even my union rep didnt know anything.

was finished on IHR a few weeks ago, rang hr chasing up shares payment as told it would be paid a couple of weeks after and was told all shares have been put on hold since august. Has anyone else heard this? found it quite odd that my manager didnt know this when she talked about my lump sum ect and even my union rep didnt know anything.

My LDOS was 31 August - IHR payment.
HR have told me that share value cant be paid until latest valuation on RM is completed.
They couldnt give me a date - just that it should be 'soon'.
All those waiting for payment will get the new value - whatever that is !!!
