What's the contingency plans ahead.

Its alright saying about the mail been walk sequenced in the met boxes but what contingency plans has Royal Mail if the machines break down from time to time. It will be back to the old system of on the ips sorting or they will expect you to wait while they are fixed and want you to go over.

If the WSM break down in our area the M/C put it through the old walk sort machine so arrives to you un-sequenced.
