bedding in period

My office is 2 weeks into the 6 week bedding in period and I would say 2/3rds of duties are either cutting off or claiming O/T.We have had the full package rolled out,walk sequenceing,Geo route,the works.They say its saved 69 hours per week but have cost them 180 hours in O/T last week, work that one out !!.They are now isolating the ones who are struggling,having there prep rates tested and I expect next week following them on delivery.Is there anybody out there who has been through this and could advise me on what would happen if our union rep doesn"t sign it off after the 6 weeks are up ?,will they force it in ?.And when should the 39 hour week be brought in ,before ,during or after the 6 weeks are up ?.

I'll answer your last question.It should have started 2 weeks ago.
The 39Hr week should have been what the revision was based on.
How can you bed in a revision and then chop an hour off everybody's week?
What was your planner/rep/DOM thinking about?

has your rep signed off on the dutys yet ? how many weeks in are you i would say you got to give it a month to tell if it will work or not were are you based
