royal mail - the sitcom

Why hasn't there ever (to my knowledge) been a sitcom set in a royal mail environment? The ingredients are all there all it needs is a modern day galton and simpson or the actual galton and simpson.
I staged a Roger Moore impersonator festival in my local village. There were a lot of eyebrows raised, I can tell you.

Because it would be boring and repetitive.
The societies of consumption and squandering of material resources are incompatible with the idea of economic growth and a clean planet.

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

Royal Mail will this week start a formal process to find a successor to its chairman, Allan Leighton, who will step down from the role early next year.

There is one called Sorted ! which is on TV about 2/3 years ago on BBC.

Sorted was a drama not a sitcom.
Some of it was true to life but a lot of it was fiction. But then it wasn't supposed to be a documentary.
