How do you know that they are not reporting them?

I di not take out my absorbtion yesterday, this morning it was still in the walk frame(not mine but we have to go and take a part out each)

Today I told them i would either cut off or you are paying me O/T though i normally don't claim o/T after a few weeks back they docked me half hour less then i put in for so, was a not a happy bunny so don't normally claim o/t just leave absorbtion behind

no cut off in my office with mail, so never a problen there, just parcels, but they do get cleared by people on overtime.

your Delivery Office Manager has to report these USO failures to his immediate Line Manager as Royal Mail have a legal obligation to report them to the regulator. This is supposed to be done both via their conference call and the daily office report. In this new age openness and shared information your rep should be able to ask for copies of these, if they are refused they are probably not reporting them. These failures should be reported as consistent failures in a particular area's will lead to fines being imposed, and rather than face fines Royal Mail might employ the staff needed to do the job properly.

no one wants the OT any moreand i see that some offices have the dom and linos walking the streets if no other option , not at mine though
re the USO failures they report a few of the small ones they can cover but leave the rest on the benches ,rep knows but does not do anything about it , If only we were checked in the afternoon with out warning ,!!

went in on Friday and the DIMs had already been in for hours (doing postie work! IPS/putting up walks,which i raised with the rep before but nothings been done)
when i left they were all loading up vans with packets and mail to go on delivery
theres plenty of stress on the linos and more so the DOMs mug just now
not helped by my couldnt care less attitude

Same here, cutting off with 1-3 bags.....added to next days workload, so cut off with 2-4 bags. Same again next day, so cut off with 3-5 bags and the lino keeps asking why I havn't delivered it all???? Ok, i'm no Einstein, but chances are, if I cut off having took 8 bags out on day 1, I will cut off with the 10/12 bags on day 2/3 respectively. You look at your frame, realise it is at least a 4-4.5 hour walk, yet only have 3.5 hours left until finish time.....yet your lino comes up and says "want all that done today" yes sir, thanks sir, how u like ur c*ck sucked sir
