does the iwt programme include tie up and redi approx 40 minutes in the total minutes for prep of the round or is it seperate .

yes, there is a seperate input for the number of redirections for your walk, gives your extra time the more you have

Thanks, but does the figure for prep eg 1000 items divided by prep of 12 per min include the tie up for instance above calc equals 83 mins is the tie up included in that?

so this wold give approx 45 mins for prep of 1000 items approx 22 items a min is this true even though they are basing it on 12 per min .

Yep...12/min includes every task from putting that first letter in to loading the van.
