It is a beginner's mistake to assess the walk, and not leave enough work to take you to your time.

Nah what you do is take everything out and send it all back when you finish, if you've not completed.

The basic rule is whatever you take out you have to deliver UNLESS previously agreed with a manager.
Getting you to assess the walk before departure is the norm in some offices so the DIM knows what still needs to be delivered and how much o/t he can give to one of his golden boys.
But assessing it and finishing before your time is a serious error.

The solution is very simple. If you are leaving mail in your frame then you make sure that what you do take out takes you up to your time. IF you have a lot of time left for your last bag then dawdle. Or as someone once put it, "Work expands so as to fill the time available".

I find this frustrating as it doesn't take into account any 'on walk' issues i.e. getting bags late, having to wait at more controlled entry systems etc etc.

It is everyones mistake by stating what you are leaving in.........that is a managers job. He says what you are taking and what you are not, if he gets it wrong you bring it back and if you finish early it's his fault.

However with the delivery methods revision it won't matter because everyone will be returning to the office.........job and finish is DEAD and it's time everyone got on board and stopped treating the job like a self drive franchise.

for free get it rm for nothing , because i enjoy it , putting something back into community free , get it rm
