Revisions being rushed in before we all realise it's a con?

Are the revisions being rushed in so hurriedly in the hope that we won't realise people aren't being paid the bonuses promised?

Is the fact that offices who've undergone revisions and NOT been paid the bonuses a reason for offices due to go live to refuse?

Have any offices gone through the process and received the money?

Before anyone jumps on me, I don't want the money, and I didn't vote yes to the Agreement.

Well if I was an employer seeking to force through a cost saving revision, then the time I would pick if I could dangle a monetary carrot would be when the employees were most desperate for a cash injection. Live for the day and hang the consequences and all that.I think chrimbo might be coming

I've got a feeling the big offices will get all the bonuses paid for the revision to keep them happy but the smaller ones will get screwed by having some small changes to deliveries (which doesnt count as a revison) in time for walk sequencing mail and therefore wont trigger any bonus at all. Ours was meant to be done by end of this month, then put back to March and now its put back again to end of May. By then i reckon the whole thing will be cancelled anyway.

We're having a "full bundled revision", WSM, delivery methods, CDV's, Geo, the feckin lot....

I will keep voting against it as it stands cos it is unachievable, and IMO does not convene with H&S, or have any logic to it etc etc.

But if offices just ain't gettin the money that is another reason for us to vote this thing out, or block its introduction anyway.

Thanks to our union reps, our revision has been postponed many many times, 22nd Nov is the new live date, just in time for the Christmas Pressure I think a few peeps in the office might be tempted into a yes vote in time for the bonus before Xmas, but if people know that these bonuses are just a fiction, they ain't gonna get the money anyway, they might well reconsider.....

Dunno why I'm worrying, we're pretty unanimous against the revisions as they stand.

What incentive is there for the managers to rush them through? Walk sequencing mail is coming in whatever as RM will get fined if it doesnt so they will do it with the deliveries they have at the moment therefore not triggering any bonus. Could in an office of say around 120 staff save about £100,000 in bonuses if a new revsion doesnt comes in.

According to Dave Ward the Transformation Agreement is fully funded.
If that is true the money therefore is already allocated for the lump sums and cannot be "saved".
The incentive for management rushing through revisions are savings going forward...the fact that the revisions are not producing the savings they thought they would achieve is down to over expectation,poor management and poor planning.

We where told because we are claiming overtime due of the size of the walks after the revision that we are not saving the office any money i thought it was to do with delivery methods and revision not cost cutting exercises

Part of our office goes live in 2 weeks, the rest in Jan. The reps signed it off last week and we've been told we will be getting the £600 in the next couple of weeks (latest 3rd Dec), and the £200 'bedding in' money when the rest of the office deploys in Jan.

Btw we've got so many staff off sick that walks and packets are being left in for the first time ever in our office, but that's got absolutely nothing to do with the bonus.

I don't know how you can get the bonus if only part of your office is having the revision. I thought it had to be the whole office. What about reserves who work in different sections? One section of my office is having their revision come in on the 29th, no idea when the other 2 sections are due to be implemented.
