WAS OFF A WHILE BACK DUE TO BULLYIN N HARRASMENT ,I WENT THROUGH THE 1ST AND 2ND STAGE PROCEDURES REGARDING THE WAY I WAS BEEING TREATED AND ALSO REG HEALTH ISSUES WHICH THEY IGNORED . WAS GIVEN ASSURANCES ABOUT THINGS ,,,THINGS ARE EVEN WORSE NOW .HOW DO I STAND IF I GO OFF AGAIN? CAN THEY SACK ME? THE BULLYING AND HARRASMENT IN OUR OFFICE IS REALLY BAD . IS THERE SOMEONE ON HERE THAT I CAN ASK A QUESTION REG THIS?

Do you have copies of the 1st and 2nd stage reports?
Do they accept that you were being bullied?
Has the bully continued along the same lines or are you being bullied by other people now?
Been through something similar myself, PM me if you're worried about making things public.

Try the bulling harrasment helpline either rm one or a think the union still has one. If the same culprits are at it again and a case was proved agianst them in the past then they could be in big trouble.

Phone the help line so that they know about the B & H then stick in another B & H form stating that nothing has been done to improve the situation (keep a copy of everything)

are they verbally bullying you if so bring a recording device to work tape them doing it then sue them.
