Where is our money????

Once the van sharing operation goes live you will get your money. Blah blah blah blah

well the van sharing went live last week in Belfast and posties haven't received their money???

Wot r we to do about this, can any one offer a solution or explain why rm are breaking their part in the agreement.... Should cwu members push for action to get what we are due???

part of our office went live (sorry two parts DH7 and DH9) but we have been told we must wait till DH8 goes live which will be after christmas before we get our next £200 and dont forget the wsm machines are not due till may 2011.
so what can we do?
this means two parts of our office (derwentside) will be flogging our pods off while DH8 will be in the pub having a good chuckle to themselves.
union men are both DH8 men so we got no fooking chance

Parts of the North East have had shared vans for well over a year and nothing. They have WSM and a revision and still nothing. Agreement means nothing and so does deployment as well.

Still I voted no and still maintain they can shove their bribe money up their .... well, you know..

I agree Pat....but there seems to be quite a few on here who are very interested in when exactly they can get their hands on the cash.....maybe there were more YES voters than any of us thought.

That's fair enough but why say "everyone in next couple of weeks will be receiving the payment" then lie to us. Or maybe management never bothered to read the agreement and just guessed like everything else in this job.

I agree they can shove their money... However when they agree to pay it then they should pay up.... I voted no n this adds more fuel to my arguement that others should have voted no but the yes men have caused this and I suppose we deserve wot we get because of our weak yes men colleagues....

We should be getting £200 (pro rata ) plus the Xmas Pressure Dosh, and the Free Stamps...all before Xmas.

Well I'm not going to have to play Scrooge with the kids this year! The stamps they can use as stickers!

I voted yes to get made up to full time just because i've been part time for too long and not through choice but royal mails incompetent lack of interest on its employees that are willing to extend their contracts.

I don't care about the bonus i really don't, all i care about is having a full time contract so as i can come home to my family without having to keep to a tight budget week in week out. It might be selfish to vote yes but i've met alot of selfish people in the royal mail and sometimes you have to look after number one and thats yourself in this job now .

IMHO i really don't think it would of made any difference if our office like many others voted yes or no because sooner or later RM would implement the change with or without a bonus as well. So If any office decides to vote no go right ahead vote no its your choice, stand at the gate like we did in the last strike (i did) but i don't think anybody is going to be better off and change will happen.

Its the principle of RM not honouring thier side of the deal that is the cause of contention, not the bribe money as Pat Ostman puts it.
